It is beyond Memorial Day weekend and droves of people will be coming down to the Jersey Shore to sunbath, swim, use their boats, go fishing and go crabbing among other shore activities. Years ago my family would gather once or twice during the summer and travel in a small caravan to Barnegat Bay in New Jersey for a day of crabbing for Blue Claw Crabs this song is the story.

Hardly a songwriter cannot allow too much time to pass without having a nostalgic day; a romantic mood; relishing a fond memory. The warm Arizona nights triggered the mood that contributed to a project “Tropical Nights” when I visited several years back. Still evokes sweet images for me. Maybe the song will trigger some emotions in you as well.

My early days past high school and the first family other than my own that I came to know intimately inspired this story. In later years when my brother heard this song he told me that one of our own grandfathers put him through the same drill. I did not know that (ha, ha).
First you are bombarded with advertisements stating some medical technology is fabulous; then sometime later a lawyer advertises that you can sue if you used it! Take your chance with the alleged medical breakthroughs. I know there are many wondrous medical advances but, not all work out for all people. My advice? Research, get opinions and be sure it is the best choice for you.
